Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and the details of your purchase. please keep this for your records.
If you have already placed your order and have noticed you have made a spelling mistake please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
It is your responsibility to insure you provide us with the correct information.
All of our apparel is made per order. Our turnaround time is 10-14 working days, once we have completed your order we will ship this to you 1st class.

Sizing, Shipping & Returns
Throughout Isaac’s Apparel we use a number of brands to supply us with our garments before we decorate each with varying measurements for their sizing. To help you find the right sizing for you we have created this standardised size guide we hope you may find useful.
For a looser fit we recommend sizing up.

Due to items being made per order please allow up to 14 working days for your order to arrive with you.
Once your order is complete you will receive a notification of shipment and your order will have been shipped 1st class via royal mail so please allow 1-2 working days for delivery.
If you need your item sooner than our turnaround time please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order.
Our delivery fee is a standard amount of £3.99 which is royal mail signed for.
Due to each item being made per order we will only accept returns if the item is faulty or an error/mistake made on our part.
Each item is checked thoroughly before we ship them to you, but in the case the item is faulty or we have made an error please send an image with your order number to email@example.com
Please return your items within 14 days of placing your order, we will notify you when we have received your item and issue you a refund via our original payment method.
We cannot accept returns on items that have been personalised or custom due to incorrect size, please refer to our size guide with the information to ensure you have selected the right fit.
Please note that we will only refund the cost of the item and not the delivery charge.
